Fees for the initial 12 months tenancy:
- Lettings Service: 8% + VAT (9.6%)
- * Rent Collection Service: 10% + VAT (12%)
- * Lettings and Management Service: 12% + VAT (14.4%)
Fees for any renewal, extension, hold-over or new agreement:
- Lettings Service £500+ VAT (£600)
- * Rent Collection Service 8% +VAT (9.6%)
- * Lettings and Management Service 10% +VAT (12%)
* 4% of fee paid initially, the balance to be deducted from the monthly rent .
All our fees are subject to a minimum fee of £500 + VAT
