Changes to the tenancy agreement: To pay a fee of £50.00 including VAT in consideration of any amendments made to this Agreement arising from the variation, assignment or novation of the Tenancy at the Tenant's request. To indemnify the Landlord for any loss suffered as a result of the early termination of a fixed term tenancy, or termination of a periodic tenancy without giving the legally required period of notice.

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3%

Charge for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices: Reasonable costs

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable

  • Utilities - gas, electricity, water
  • Communications - telephone and broadband 
  • Installation of cable /Satellite TV
  • Subscription to cable/satellite supplier 
  • Television licence
  • Council Tax

Other permitted payments

Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.

Inner City Estates is a member of My deposits which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of Property Redress Scheme which is a redress scheme.
